Trained by Mira. Powered by Eukanuba®.

In 1981, Mira founder Éric St-Pierre did a wonderful thing: he presented two blind individuals with the first two guide dogs trained in Canada. This was the start of the Mira Foundation.

Since then, Mira has dedicated itself to breeding and training guide and service dogs. To date over 1700 Mira dogs have been donated to disabled individuals. Needless to say, there’s a lot depending on the health of these hero dogs. That’s why proper diet is so important.

Great dogs start with great nutrition

Mira raises and trains all its guide dogs through a rigorous total health program. All Mira dogs are fed exclusively on Eukanuba foods, starting with puppy formulas with DHA to make them more trainable.

From puppyhood to senior, Eukanuba is scientifically formulated to provide the premium nutrition that helps Mira dogs perform at their best.

What nature intended

Our philosophy is that dogs are best fed as carnivores on a diet that is protein-rich. That’s why Eukanuba uses only high-quality animal proteins like chicken, lamb, fish and eggs – not vegetables – as the principal source of protein. It’s how we believe nature intended dogs to eat.

100% Nutrition. 0% Fillers.

Eukanuba uses no fillers, so every ingredient satisfies a specific nutritional purpose like DHA for smarter, more trainable puppies, DentaDefense® to help reduce tartar by up to 55%, vitamins and minerals, OmegaCoat® for omega fatty acids for healthy skin and coat, and FOS – a natural prebiotic – to promote digestive health.

We give 110%

Eukanuba has been committed to making good dogs great for 40 years. We are so sure we have the proper formula for every dog that we offer a 110% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason your dog doesn’t like Eukanuba, the food can be returned for a 110% refund. That means 100% of your purchase price plus 10%.
