We understand that these products have been a trusted choice for many pet parents and that you have relied on our tasty Eukanuba™ formulas for your pet’s nutrition. We’re certain that your choice has helped contribute to many happy memories, outdoor adventures and companionable activities with your best friend!
At the beginning of 2025, we moved the manufacturing of our products from our Johannesburg facility to our France factory. With this move, some products can no longer be sourced from the factory in France which means we cannot continue to supply them in South Africa. These changes will begin to take effect from October 2025 until April 2026.
A GUIDE FOR A SUITABLE ALTERNATIVE
To guide you and ensure a smooth nutritional transition for your pet, we have provided a recommendation on the best alternative for your dog in the tables alongside.
The affected ranges will continue to be available for purchase at your regular outlet while existing stocks last.
TRANSITIONING SLOWLY FROM ONE FOOD TO ANOTHER
When changing your pet from one food to another brand or formula, it is always recommended to transition the product over a period of 7 days. This will help minimise any potential digestive concerns and allow your pet to comfortably adapt to the new food.
