Promoter

Competition Period

12.01am (AEST) 01/08/2023 to 11.59pm (AEST) on 30/09/2023.

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents who:

(a)   are aged 18 or over; and

(b)   are a member of the Eukanuba™ Breeders Club.

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of:

(a)              the Promoter; and

(b)              the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition.

Where will the competition run?

The competition will run online at the Eukanuba™ Webshop: www.webshop.eukanuba.com/au (Webshop).

Qualifying requirements

In order to enter the promotion, you must spend AUD $100 or more on Eukanuba™ products on the Webshop during the Competition Period.

How many times can I enter?

Multiple entries are permitted. You can earn one entry for every AUD $100 spent on the Webshop,

All qualifying entries will be automatically recorded.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?

There will be 1 draw conducted, at the end of the Competition Period. 

The draw will be held on 02/10/2023 at 2pm (AEST) at Royal Canin Australia Pty Ltd, Tower 1, Level 23, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.

The first valid entry drawn randomly by an automated generator from the entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).

What can I win?

There is one prize to be won: a year’s supply of your choice of Eukanuba™ diet for your dog  (1 product per month = 12 products total) (Prize). The size of the product supplied will be the maximum size available (large, up to 19kg) in the chosen SKU valued up to AUD $185 RRP (incl GST) per bag.

The Prize cannot be transferred/exchanged/redeemed for cash.

Total prize pool

The total value of the prize pool is up to AUD$2,220 (including GST).

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

The winner will be notified in writing by email within two business days of determination and published at https://www.royalcanin.com/au/competition-terms by 3/10/2023.

In order to claim the Prize, the winner must reply via email by 16/10/2023 accepting the Prize and provide details of their delivery address.

Unclaimed prize/s

Prize claim date: Before 5pm (AEST) on 16/10/2023.

Unclaimed prize determination: 2pm (AEST) on 23/10/2023 at the same location as the original draws.

If  the Prize has not been accepted or claimed by the Prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant Prize to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the Prize.  The new winner will be notified in writing by email within two business days of determination.


Collection and use of your personal information

If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity.

Promoter will use the data (Full Name, Email address or Phone number) as per your Eukanuba™ Breeders Club account to assist in conducting this competition draw, communicating with you, for purposes of awarding the Prize & distributing the Prize as required.

The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its’ Privacy Policy which can be found at www.mars.com/privacy and includes information about:

(a)              how to seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about you and seek correction of the information; and

(b)              how to complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint.
